The City of East Palo Alto (City) is pleased to announce a request for proposals (RFP) to provide civil engineering design services for the Woodland Avenue Street Improvement Project Project. Consultant services include the preparation of plans, specifications and engineer’s estimate (PS&E) for the proposed improvements.
