Community Meeting on 2022 Building Code

The City of East Palo Alto is preparing to introduce a new California Building Code Cycle that will go into effect on January 1, 2023. The Building Codes are available at the City Clerk's Office, located at 2415 University Ave, 2nd floor, East Palo Alto for the public to review during business hours.
City staff will be holding a Community Meeting on November 2, 2022, from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Cooley Landing Education Building, 2100 Bay Road, East Palo Alto. The meeting provides an opportunity to answer any questions or comments related to the Building Codes. Additionally, the City Council will hold a public hearing and consider adoption of the Building Codes at its regular scheduled meeting on December 6, 2022, at 6:30 PM.
