Landlord and Tenant Mastery Workshops

The Rent Stabilization Program is committed to ensuing that both landlords and tenants are educated and informed on policies and regulations surrounding rent stabilization and just cause for eviction.  It is our goal to offer four workshops a month:

*Tenant Basics
*Tenant Advanced
*Landlord Basics
*Landlord Advanced

The workshops will be held on Wednesdays, beginning at 6pm.

All workshops are free, however, you must register by either:
*Calling the office (650.853.3114)
*Emailing the rent program ()
*Stopping by the office to register in person

Our first inaugural workshop will be for landlords on November 15, 2017 at 6:00pm. Typically the workshops will be broken into two separate parts (basics and advanced), however the inaugural workshop will cover both basic and advanced topics.
