Building – for new construction, building code regulations, and associated permits

NOTICE TO PUBLIC: The Building Permit Counter will be closed on Thursday January 26th and Friday February 3rd for                                         staff training. Please plan your visit accordingly. No Building inspections will be conducted on Friday                                   February 3rd.

COUNTER HOURS: Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Applications WILL NOT be processed after 3:45 pm. 

STAFF MEETINGS: Building & Code Enforcement hold bi-weekly staff meetings on Mondays from 12 pm-1:15 pm.
       Please call the main department line to inquire dates and plan your visit accordingly. 

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS: The Building Division only accepts cash or check payments.

Plan Review with the Chief Building Official
Applicants can schedule an appointment to meet with the Chief Building Official to review plans prior to submitting. Appointments will be made for Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1pm-4pm. Please contact the Building Division to set up your appointment.

Public Records Requests
