| The Finance Department is responsible for all the financial activities for the City and Redevelopment Agency. This includes accounting, debt management, treasury, accounts payable, accounts receivable, business license renewal, and payroll. In addition, the Finance Director serves as the City and Redevelopment Agency's Chief Financial Officer. The City and Redevelopment Agency prepare annual budgets and audited financial statements annually. Copies of these documents are available at the East Palo Alto Library.
