The Engineering Division develops and implements the Capital Improvement Program and manages infrastructure construction, operations and maintenance programs for streets (including traffic signal system and street lighting), storm drainage, and water. Sewer systems are managed by the East Palo Alto Sanitary District. The Engineering Division also reviews infrastructure improvements for private developments.
