Current Projects

There are many current projects development and investment opportunities in East Palo Alto. There are projects at all stages of development, from construction to predevelopment. The current projects represent the future of East Palo Alto’s economic development efforts, and they include approximately 120,000 square feet of retail space, 365,000 square feet of office and R&D space, 350 market rate housing units, 90 affordable housing units, 3 acres of parks, 300 permanent retail jobs, and 1,000 permanent office/R&D jobs. In addition, the development will provide needed additional revenue that will allow the City of East Palo Alto to provide quality services to its residents.
