Mission Statement:

To provide for children, youth and their families, residing in East Palo Alto and closely allied neighboring communities, opportunities to grow and develop physically, socially, emotionally and academically through the provision of sports, leisure, and other developmental activities.

The department provides:

• Recreational opportunities for children, youth, adults and seniors.
• Facility rental services, (Parks, City's Gymnasium & Game Room).
• Meals everyday of week for senior and the physically handicapped.
• Transportation services for seniors to and from Senior Center to home.
• Information and Referral Services.
